This notice covers subscriptions made through the website form for Colosseum Global Alpha's monthly letters.
Who is responsible?

Why do we use your data?
We use your email address to confirm your signup and send emails linking to the fund's published monthly letters. The legal basis is your consent, given in the form and confirmed by email. Subscribing is optional; without an email address we cannot send you the letters.
Service, storage and transfers
MailerLite handles the forms, confirmations, subscription status and emails for us. It may record your email address, the time and technical details of signup and confirmation, and email delivery and interaction data. MailerLite and its subprocessors may process data outside the EU/EEA under its data processing agreement, including EU standard contractual clauses as safeguards for relevant transfers.
We keep subscription data while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited suppression record to respect your choice and avoid further emails.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to contact@caesariam.com. You can also request access to, correction or deletion of your data and, where applicable, restriction of processing or data portability. Contact us at the same address. You can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). No decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made automatically from your subscription.
